It looks like a pretty damn clean stang to me, but I doubt it has 620 original miles. The exhaust looks stock to me as well, you just can't see the cats from the angle of the picture.

Where do you see turn downs? Those are factory stainless LX tips.

In one pic you can even see the factory sticker on the H-pipe. Hasn't even burned off yet

Wow, I would believe the 620 miles. That thing is in mint condition. Looks very clean to me. Look at the engine bay, the interior, and undercarriage pics, not a spot on them. It is easy to keep the exterior of a car clean, but not so easy for everything else. Very clean car.

I think that's the second or third time that car has been up for auction. Just think if it was a black on black car that mileage..........

Well, I did notice that the little black cap that goes over the freeze plug on the intake is missing. Also, the dizzy boot is all tarnished. For some reason I was surprised to see ten holes on it, but I guess that's because most people take them off on a 5.0. Nice car though, It'd be a sick base for a project.

Look Its Aaron

Your car looks like it came straight from Mexico.

I have never seen a 5.0 with a cap over that intake plug.

If it were Black on Black there would be alot of us creaming our pants!!! The color kills that car. That color interior is YUK. But aside from that it's sweet as hell, far and few in between!

My GT came with one. if you look around the plug, it has a flat iron shape. Mine had a black cap the shape of that, but I lost it at some point.

I remember reading somewhere that Ford stopped putting the black plug on the intake in 1988. My friend's 86 GT has one, but my 90 LX does not and the original owner kept everything original on it down to the air silencer in the fender.

Does look all original and I believe it does have 620 miles. Lucky for the peron that buys that LX!

Shawnster it did sound funny to me when you said you that about 88-93 tailpipes.
Not as bad as when I first went out looking for a Mustang back in 1996.
I was so Mustang ignorant that I made sure I told my Bank Loan representative to help me find an 1989 Mustang with a V6 in it, and to make sure it was a two door!
How embarrasing. I don't even think the Banker about knew about Mustangs either because he looked at me and said "hmm I'll try but it might be hard to come by".

My old '88 had the plugs. Also i dont think that motor looks like a 6xx mile motor. Sure it's pretty clean, but it's also pretty dirty for that low of a mileage. I agree with the color ruining that car though. It's still sweet, but black on black...i'd be selling my kidneys right now to buy it.
