Do you need a windage tray?

Well it's about time for a girdle on was wondering if I should buy a windage tray?

Are they worth it?

And also what Girdle and windage tray would you recommend.

Please anything but DSS Because I want a steel girdle. thanx

it's a good idea, It helps keep the flinging oil of your crank from spraying into the pan which causes bubbles, which causes foam eventually. i know toyota uses them from the factory on a lot of cars,built into the oil pan..., that's why I bought mine..
