do your guys' cold/hot air dial wiggle?

the other 2 click, the middle cold/hot dial is weird feeling, its loose when its not being moved ( like 1/8 inch) then it turns likes theres pressure going against it either way i turn it.

Yes, mine does that too. It's called cheap plastic crap syndrome.

My selector knob actually broke one day, split the think in half and I had to glue it back together to get it to work, I need a new set.

I have an extra 3 of them I got out of the junkyard, the smaller ones like on 92 or 93, not sure what year had the bigger ones.

They have different sizes? I need to get a 93 heating head unit, to replace mine, that is the last thing in the heating cycle that I have not changed well that and the clutch on the ac unit.

you have the same set up as i do for the aftermarket stereo, i like where toy have the phone keeper, how is it mounted?

It is mounted directly to the fllor just below the console. Screwed thru the carpet to the floor pan. Be careful, don't use too long of screws though. Unfortunately once you put it there its there forever unless u get new carpet. I really like how handy it is though for seeing my phone. Nokia makes them for almost all their phones, 3360 and 5100 series i have had so far. Most cell phone providers have the pedastal and then the mount sold separately. I got mine from CellularOne.
