Topic.

This is truly sad, and needs to be addressed by FoMoCo.

Lets just say I'm going to have the rest of my Roush Stage II Suspension parts and get them installed in the next 60 days.

I don't have the thunk either. I have heard it in a friends car though. I wouldn't be able to drive around hearing that.

05 gt vert

I don't have the thunk. My service records print out shows the DPO did have it serviced for front suspension noise, but there is no record of what they actually did to fix it.... I read somewhere that it is less of a problem with the verts.

Yep, I do. However this will be fixed as soon as Maximum Motorsports finishes with their R&D.

There is a TSB on strut bearings on the '05's. They are a quick fix. I had the thunk shortly after getting my '05 and had them replaced. No thunk since.

I don't have it either I don't think.

What should I be listening for? Not like it will be easy to hear anything over the engine the way its set up right now....

No front end thunk here either.... I will admit, that if I don't shift correctly, I will get a slight thunk from the rear end, that I atribute to the backlash in the rear end gears. I'm still trying to re-learn stick with this damn electronic throttle......

In any case, what is the front end clunk? I've never experienced it, or even heard of it.....

Don't you mean IF they finish with their R&D? It's only been 3 years.

I have it.. Let me tell you.. If you have it, you would definitely know it everytime you hit the breaks and the weight of the car shifts forward *Thunk*.

Supposedly, it's nothing a little TSB or new springs won't fix I'll go the spring route.
