I just noticed that with this new (crappy) blue format, there does not seem to be a reminder anymore about your PM in box. I think in the past there was a few lines at the top that told you if you had a PM waiting. I don't see that anymore. Or does it only pop up when you have a PM in your in box?

I use the Dark moon and that is a large reason why. I tend to get a lot of PM's and never knew before when using the default skin (half the time I dont get or miss the pop-up notices too, nor do I get one for each PM if I got slaughtered overnight). I never had the PM thing up top magically appear if I had a new one either.

I think you have to go into the CP otherwise. I would just find a background that you like alright that has the PM's back up top.

No one replies to my PM's anyhow so I wouldnt know more.

Good luck!

I never have checked mine on the site as my pm's notify me via e-mail as do replies to regular threads.

I never check the PM's here, or on virtually any site I'm on. Its just too much of PITA for me. I prefer people email me, that is why I include it in my sig. MY PM box is full and has been for a long time just for this reason.
