shaker hood

What is this? The shaker hood system from ford is like $700....why is this one so cheap?

It is most likely not functional...where as the other from ford is..

could be wrong, but that seems like it is just the flat black piece that goes on the hood

if you keep looking on there site, they also have the complete shaker kit for $795.

That is just for the centre black "Shaker Applique (99-04)".

yeah thanks, after I took a second and looked around I realized that that was more or less a replacement scoop for a car already equiped with a shaker system.
question,
Does anyone else make a shaker hood system besides Ford?
