Ugly in my opinion. Lines from the sideskirt don't match up with the bumper.
Possibly 1 of a kind fabricated by the builder of that race car. Never seen a roof scoop for a Mustang, but I can honestly say I've never looked very hard. Though roof scoops are probably a 1 size fits all kinda deal. Anyway.....
judging that the car is in AIX all the scoops are functional. also teh wing is definately functional, our cars do WEIRD things over 100mph.
im guessing that car is in the western region of American Iron Extreme. if you go to the webpage for the series they have listings of all the cars, that can get you a name and you can track them down and ask them.
