Looking for a stock style hood...maube with a very small cowl...1" max.

I'd prefer Carbon fiber for weight savings

Cervini's makes a very small cowl hood in 'glass (1.5").

Hmm, on second though, i kinda like the heat extractor hood. It's low and looks pretty good

Anyone have a pic of this on an actual car?

I would look for a grade A crabon fiber hood but even then be careful ebay sellers love using that term and sell them cheap. A real good grade A Cf hood will be north of 5 bills. The low priced hood don't hold up and have low grade UV protection, chip easy and have delamination issues, many of my contour buddies are going through this now. carbon creations does decent work I googled CF hood for 93 mustangs and came up with a link for a carbon creations oem hood..

http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/...or/hoods/carbon_fiber_hoods/carbon_creations/

here is carbon creations website model listing they offer the oem and a svo cowl style and info on their products

http://www.carbon-creations.com/shopdisplaycategories.asp

another fiberglass hood company I like other than cervini's is HO Fibertrends they offer a oem and 1 1/2" cowl hood.

best of luck on you search.

I seen some CF hoods on Ebay, but I heard they dont pack them really well.

That Cervinis heat extrator hood is my fave, I cant stand those 2.5 in. and taller cowls.

I like your thinking, Stock hood or the heat extractor are the best choices.

Stock hood in CF being the number 1 choice. I would love to have one, there are a couple of cars with the heat extractor hood that post on here. Maybe search that and see what comes up.

Found this on a quick search, some pics in here:

I'd kill for one in the '79-82 style like my hood is with a matching scoop to go with it. I'd paint over it though...
