So looking for more mods for my 03 V6 I came across BBK's 70 mm throttle body (found here http://www.stangmods.com/BBK-V6-Throttle-Body-p/00695-1652.htm) and I was wondering, does a CAI and a duel exhaust set up make a mod like this reasonable? Have I increased my air flow enough that this will create any noticable gains?

Nope. Don't need a larger throttle body until you get a larger intake. And you don't need a larger intake until you get larger heads. And you don't need larger heads unless you have a bigger cam.

you dont need a 70mm a 65mm is fine unless prices are about the same then w/e..........everything works off each other so you should start with exhaust with a good mid pipe X or H i choose X, then intake not cheap Ebay stuff unless u get a good filter seperate or with it piping is the same, headers, throttle body, pullies, ( by this time your car better be tuned or its gona be running shi tty if you dont have cats plus the air fuel ratio may be off even with cats ) best thing to do is which is hard....by all the parts and install them all at once then get a tune ASAP....you'll see the huuuge difference and get a Mild Cam as well and high cam would not be meant for your car Naturally Aspirated...Im pushing more Rwhp and Trq at the wheels(196rwhp and 228rwtrq) with 3 engine bolt ons(mac intake, flowmaster duals, offroad xpipe) and a Sniper Tune then a stock V6 has at the crank which is about 190-193hp

16rwhp and almost 30 rwtrq......but it was done outa 2 tunes....I coulda had better numbers but not enough money for more pulls : / still impressive and you can feel the difference...esp when you cant press hard in 1st gear even with a 17x9 275 tire lol I have no choice but to get a posi-traction because theres to much power to one wheel not to bad....they also had a 05 V6 that comes stock with 210hp at the crank with a program flash and tune and I was still pushing more RWHP by 6 and RWTRQ by 20

yes...Sniper has a new hand held tuner that does any 2 cars that are i believe 96+ Fords which still is a great deal because you dont have to put another car back to stock you can have a truck and a car done or u and a buddy can have both cars tuned with the program and hit the track.....they gains are great and the options it offers is better then SCT and Diablo right now...def. worth the buy
