I found a number of TSB for my care. If I show them to ford, do they have to fix them?

If your car is under warranty I believe they do have to fix them...don't quote me on that though...

Technical Service Bulletin

They are notices that Ford puts out that might require a modification to a part or something to that effect to fix a known issue with a vehicle. Not quite a recall since they usually don't deal with saftey issues...

They only have to fix it if you bring your car in for that exact problem. Don't think you need any warranty either, but don't hold me to it

TSBs are only performed if the vehicle is in for that concern and we can duplicate it. TSBs are not covered once the warranty is up.

I found TSB that seems like my problem:
TSB#00-24-1 Clutch Pedal - Vibration Heard or Felt

Where can I get a full description of this TSB( other then asking the dealer) ?
