I know i don't need tails, but LX's just don't look right without tailpipes. EVerytime i look at my car now the back end seems empty.

Hah true, but i don't have the hangers for the H-pipe (easier to install) so i need the hangers on the mufflers. That's why i've been looking for the stiff factory style rubbers.

Anyway, i got it done today. I discovered all my header bolts were loose and giving me a leak. I fixed that, swapped back to the stock H-pipe and put my new FLowmaster cat-back on.

All i gotta say is it sounds AWESOME!!! I should have gotten flowmasters to begin with! Just listening to my car makes me tingle. The MAC sounded good, but never like this!

I'll prob put the MAC cat-back on the '85.

OT, my pacesetter off-road pipe is about two inches too short. That's why i was having problems lining up my cat-backs. I'm gonna cut off the ball socket ends and ass about 2" of pipe and then weld it all back together. SHould fix it.
