I just bought a 95 5spd vert with the folwing mods

flowmaster exhaust
bbk off road h pipe
bbk long tube headers
bbk fender well intake
under drive pulleys
shorter belt minus the ac
4.10's
shorth throw shifter

and either an e or b 303 cam, not sure which one it is but the sound of the lope almost sounds stock to me.....so i am wondering if imy car has potential even thou it is a heavy vert to run low 14's high 13's with street tires?

On a stock top end? You gotta remember he's dealing with a low-mid 15 second car stock since it's a heavy arse 'vert. The cam gives him very little help with E7 heads. Bolt ons, even with gears, aren't gonna take a full second and a half off his ET's. I say 14.6 or slower. But once again, only one way to find out.

Agreed with SVTCobra306, I've rarely seen a 94/95 with those mods do very well....a full HCI swap and you'd be good to go, but a cam of unknown proportions and a few minor bolt on's won't get you where you wanna be very easily.

Talk to Stprorolla (sorry if i spelled it wrong man) about cutting good times with only a few mods...he can maybe give you some hints.

I've heard before that those mods with 4.10's and stock heads can actually slow you down in the 1/4 mile

No, it won't run into the 13's. That combo should be good for mid-high 14's at around 95-96mph though.

With the following mods I ran a 14.6 at 94.89mph at 1250' elevation uncorrected. Stock it went a 15.2 at 90mph with a horrid 2.3 60'
-bassani offroad X
-Flowmasters
-3.73's
-13* timing
-K&n with a removed air silencer
-ASP aluminum pulleys

To get into the 13's I needed to add a set of Nitto drag radials, an edelbrock performer intake, 65mm TB, shorty headers, and a homemade CAI. With those I ran a 13.83 at 98.5mph.

Paul- Do you think with some good sticky tires would low 14's be
possible with his mod combo with lots of practice?

Yes. I can't find my old slips but if I recall i think my 60's were in the high 2.1 low 2.2's at that point. With 4.10's, sticky tires, and a prepped track a much better 60' could be had and the times should drop conciderably. It should be enough to get it into the low 14's, expecially at a low elevation track.
