does nobody know the torque specs for the rodcap bolts.

Using the special tool, install the piston and connecting rod assembly by pushing the pistons through the top of the cylinder block.

NOTE: These bolts are torque-to-yield. Install new bolts each time they are serviced.

Install the connecting rod bearing caps and bolts and tighten in three stages.
Stage 1: Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
Stage 3: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
 
Sorry, no offense, but it's amazing how someone can tear into their engine and not know how to put it back together...these mod motors in particular are built with very specific tolerances (as Smokeurhonda just pointed out with the torque specs - nothing is very straightforward on these mod motors)
