Don't tell me it's not possible!

1989 GT 5.0
AFR Aluminum Heads
FMS RR's
FMS Z cam
GT-40 upper/lower intake
FMS T-body and mass-air
FMS 30lb injectors
FMS 255lbh fuel pump
FMS shorty headers
BBK X-pipe
2 chamber flowmasters

A few more goodies, but the car is all motor with the stock shortblock that has
89k miles on it.

370rwhp
406rwt

Just ran 11.77@114 on drag radials (smoking the tires in second) At opening day today. Flat-foot shifting cost me my clutch and I had to coast through my second pass and limp home, guess FMS stage 3 isnt enough..... Will order new tomorrow and hopefully be back bangin' gears in no time. :nice:

Must be all about the tires. Took mine to the track yesterday and the best I could do was 13.48 on street radials. The launch was killin me. It was my first time ever at the track so I guess it's not bad. I got a bid in on a set of slicks for the track. Had a blast and will definately be going back!!!

Dyno sheet?

Give a little more detail;)

What heads?
What intake?
What throttle body?
How many accessories?
Race weight?
Compression?

As of right now, I think it is not possible:)

sounds like you forgot the 75 shot....

I don't see those #s at all from an otherwise stock 302. Even dynojet #'s you're off(+) by like 50rwhp.

If a 75 shot was used I could see ALL of that making sense.

Other goodies include a 100 shot NX wet kit in which the numbers were made on a dyno-jet, the shot is set up for second gear-to finish. Everyone says that you cannot see those kinda numbers from an N/A 302....guess they might be right. A Procharger will be bolted on next in place of the nitrous.

Maaaan I was gettin all antsy in my pantsy thinkin it was some kind of high compression screamer... Guess that wouldn't make much sense with a stock short block and an off the shelf cam tho. Sweet car, nonetheless.

I won't tell you its not possible :nice:

There was no way you were getting a dyno number like that without the nitrous. Even with the nitrous its a good number. My car went 11.67@112mph with h/c/i 100 shot dry kit and an Aod.
