Door alignment

Kinda hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like the doors are sagging. How are the pins and bushings in the hinges?

Since I have to replace my drivers side pins and I’ve watched a bunch of YouTube videos about it, I’ve learned if the pins are bad and you don’t address it in a reasonable amount of time the actual hinge can start bending away from the body.
If you take it apart and discover that the bushing holes are out of round or the hinge is bent:
Open the door and pick up on the bottom corner of the end that has the door handle. If it loves up and down you have issues with the pins and bushings. If not then adjust away.
You could prolly get a happy medium with a striker adjustment but keep in mind, the top of the door will move the same amount as the bottom, I need to see the front fender to door alignment.
When installing a door the rear, bottom and top are fitted to the door opening then the front fender is adjusted to the front of the door,

If the rest checks out adjust the striker but it’s a delicate balance to not have the top out to much or the bottom
Or have the door hard to open and close
If needed to move the top or bottom out some (when you move the striker), you can also slightly shim the upper or lower hinge on the body side of the hinge.
To me, in pic 3, the top of the door looks flush with the quarter panel. If so, moving the striker in to fix the bottom will mess with this alignment and you will want to shim the top hinge out.
Old, new or no door weatherstrip will mess with the alignment as well.

How is the gap top to bottom at the rear of the door? Here was my son's 89GT before I pulled the doors off to paint sills and door jams. One of the best factory gaps I have seen on these cars. Very even and consistent.
If your latest pics are after adjustment, the door looks pretty good across the door to quarter height. Looking at the rocker gap, you might want to lift the rear a millimeter or two. Might be able to just raise the striker that amount. If you didn't have the seals around the door openings when you adjusted it, you might want to install them and check again.
Don't forget these cars were NOT perfect from the factory. Perfection happens at the body working stage prior to paint.

You have to py attention to the gap across the door bottom and sil.
What I see is the back of the door is a little low and the mid point is tucked in.
You need to adjust the to the opening without the striker in place and door seal installed, the striker only holds the door closed.
