Actually reffering to the fact i know that cobras don't have them. A little far fetched to say i was doggin' him. You on the other hand dont even have a mustang at all do you?

I have them on my car as well. I believe it was an option that could be put on at the dealer if you wanted it. They don't bother me.

Mine had them...i didnt like them just like you dont. So i brought out mom's hair dryer and went at it. At first, it left little tiny specs of glue...but after cleaning, polishing, waxing, most of it came off. I think a tad bit might still be there, but i will take that rather than the strips being there.

Plus my car is black so ANYTHING will show up But it did NOT damage the paint. Its just a matter of getting all the glue off.

Good Luck.

Edit: If you or anyone does it, try getting some fishing line or something to thread in there to help...might work better than just pulling it off

Goo Gone would work, that stuff works wonders, i wouldnt let it sit on the paint for more than 5 sec, make sure you rinse it off, and wash the car to remove any that was left over. Claybar might help too, or some scratch and swirl remover. Meg's Scratch X.

I wouldn't really recommend that. They crinkle up when peeled back.
