OK fah-K why in the hell do people door ding WTF why cant they just get the **** out of your car without hitting the car next to you. I was walking out to my car at the mall when this old lady pulls in next to my car the passenger door opens and slams in to my door I was just standing there watching I was like are you serious then while getting out she pulls it back and hits my car TWO more time I couldn't believe this sht I almost beat the **** out of the old bitch now I have a nice white spot where the paint is chipped away on my NEW paint I HATE PEOPLE I wanted to kick her mirror off but my damn wife wouldnt let me

i think when coming out of cars it's ok to carefully open the door and let it rest on the other car(ONLY IF NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE PRESENT)

that way you won't bounce the door by accident and by resting it carefully it won't ding anything

Man that sucks!!!!!!!!!! But because she is old you have to show a little mercy, she probably didnt even realize what she did or not the seriousness of the situation, now if it was someone younger and knew what they were doing i'd have to say its time for a hanging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But the same thing happen to me years ago when I Had a 1971 Triumph TR6 vert, I just had it painted and went to the store with my girl and I didnt want to leave my car alone in the parking lot in fear of a door ding so I sat in my car while she went shopping and sure as chitt here comes this old lady in this old beater pulls and parks next to me swings open her door and nails my car, the whole car rocked I was so pissed off,I jumped outta my car and confronted her .She didnt even realize what she did, and actually got in my face and said she was old but wasnt blind and didnt hit my car....I couldnt beleive it, so I just got back in my car and took about 5 or six deep breaths and tryed to calm down, looking back now im glad thats all I did

thats why when i take my BOSS to the store with the wife, i park taking up 3 spaces, or...i park right up by the front entrance where it says NO PARKING, and make the wife do the shopping while i stand outside guarding the car like i'm MR. T...no one gives me any grief, as they like seeing my car.

Also...when i had my 65 coupe and newly painted, i parked away from the pack of idiots if i had to go alone...

I emphasize with your frustration. Just don't give them the chance to do it! I always park far away from anyone else. Some people are just not car people and are completely unaware and uncaring about such things. If they are overweight, there is a tendency to throw open the door too.

yep same here i park clear out in left field so i hopefully dont ever have to worry bout that!! but then again those freaks that take up more then one space are the ones i park the hooptie right on top of when i drive it and no i dont door ding when i'm in the hooptie even tho i dont give a **** bout it but i do respect other peoples stuff. this guy at work takes up two spots with his F-350 and i can squeeze right in next to him in the hooptie i think he gets pissed off cause he hasent done it in a while. peace

I hate that ****. I have dying paint on my Stang but dont need anything else to make it look any worse. I hate it when you park as friggen far away as you can and then you come out to find someone has parked right next to you and you are surrounded by 30 open Parking stalls. ****ing lame. Not to mention being 6'5" I need to open that door as far as I can to swing my legs out.

There was an awesome commercial on tv a while ago with just that. Freakin hilarious how stupid people can be. Unfortunately their stupidity causes our paint chips.

So what does the brake fluid do? does that mess up the paint? Im just finishing up the paint on my car and im really worried about parking my car in the high school parking lot. The kids there have no respect of everyone elses cars. And since they have cameras that record stuff in the parking lot incase theirs an accident you couldnt really retalieate with a baseball bat to their door or anything like that. ha ha So that brake fluid in a squirt gun would really help out with those punk ricers dinging my new paint.

Not a simple fix, most people who ding doors drive such beater ass cars that if you did launch "abrasive munitions" at them it wouldn't have any effect. A cars gotta have paint in the first place before ya strip it!

What's sad is when really really pretty girls ding the door to my Stang. And that's not even the sad part yet! What's even more sad is Razor is too much of a nice ladies man to even have the ballz to yell at them for it!

DOT 3 brake fluid takes the paint off so does bologna and a few other house hold good LOL anyways hummmmmmmmm a baseball bat that how I got my new paint or maybe it was a hammer LOL I really pissed some fah-k out there off they put a few dents in the car broke my antena off and keyed the **** out of my car but its all good I got new paint for 500 bones people are suck azzholes if I hated someone that much Id just fight them maybe even kick there azz if I was lucky LOL ahhhhhhhh prob just get my ass kicked but Id try really hard LOL
