Door hinges

Hi folks,
Is there a way to reach the door hinge plates inside the pillar without taking the fender off?

Are you talking about the plate that has threaded holes in it to hold the hinges to the body of the car? if so yes under the dash u take that kick panel out and theres a access hole they should come out the back.
