door hinges.....

ok so are these things supposed to be so dam hard to get out, ive grinded the head off and started beating repatedly on it, no movement... How do you guys do this?

also how much does an a/c compressor weigh (trying to figure up all the crap ive taken off this car lol)

Yea i went thru this when we replaced the hinges on my friends hatch. we first tried to hammer it out. no luck. we ened up cutting the old hinges one at a time. replaced them that way. its a hassel. good luck tho

dammit, good thing I bought some new drill bits today... well my front end is already lighter than yours jon lol no smog, no ac, batt replacement into the trunk (not done yet) no sway bar, and no core support haha,

I have: no smog, no sway bar, no fogs, aluminum heads, and battery placement is next.

tite, im gonna take the air handler out as well, and instead of rear glass im gonna put the plastic window in, cuz mine shattered the other nite, cuz somebody left an aluminum picker uper thing and it ****ed me up pretty good lol.

I just changed mine Saturday. This car was a biotch. My 91 was easier for some reason.

Anyways, I grinded the heads off BOTH sides. I then worked them back and fourth. I finally got them no problem, but it was a little work. I had the doors off the car. That helps because there isn't any weight on them.
