door lock actuator help

ok...i'm having a big problem with my actuator...it doesnt work...i took my door apart...i read all the posts on this site and other sites...i looked up on online stores actuators for a 3.6L v6 mustang 2000....every post i look people just say to pop out the actuator...it definetly feels like its bolted on there...i can kinda see were it would pop off from...but it wont budge...on top of that..ALL pictures i see of the actuator for my mustang are different than what i have...i dont know...but it feels like theres a conspiracy to confuse the hell out of me...ill try to put up a pic of what i think my actuator looks like...its a really bad pic but please try to help me....tell me what i need to do to take it out...thank you

to answer your question in short, the door latch is what you unblot. for detailed instructions, read that thread.

thanks for the help...but i ran into another problem..when i try to slide the actuator out...it hits another part...(the one with the other wires connected to it....i cant remove the actuator another way and i cant move the other part...what should i do
