I was warming up my car and decided to lock the doors, but nothing happened. Unlock/Lock does not work from the switch and I do not hear anything. Although, they do work with the keyless entry.

Any ideas?

I had the same issue with mine.

the lock/unlock switch for the drivers side would not work, but the switch for the passenger side would, and the window switch worked just fine. (keep in mind I'm talking about the switch cluster on the driver side door).

It would only do this when the internal temp of the car reach a certain point, usually during the summer. It turned out to be a loose connection on the back of the switch.

Both door locks do the same thing, the drivers and passengers switch.

Check the fuses. It's possible but not likely but might as well check it anyway. Also, you could check the connectors with a test light.

If it works with your remote, it has to be your door switch or in the door switch harness.

Bumping with an update.

Well I thought I had it solved. Turns out it is not the switch. Today was the first day temps hit 80*. I can hear "relay clicking" under the dash for both switches, when pressed. So now I'm thinking a connection at the motor is reacting to the temperature increase.

Thoughts/Suggetions

TIA

if your relays are working properly.. the switches are working. the gem module is functioning cause your keyless works. so im not thinking in the doors. make sure that the relays are actually outputting 12v. they may be clicking, but they could still be bad or you may have a corroded conector. ive had way too many corroded connectors on fords at work to shake a stick at. so happy hunting.

Good point. I will look into replacing the relay when I can. They are relatively inexpensive.
