Door Panel Help

I bought a set of new reproduction door panels for my 69 Mach 1 and my original door panel cups won't work they are too short. Do I have to but reproduction door cups or are the panels wrong? Any help much appreciated.

You must have had 70 door panels and pull cups ,the 70 are shorter than the 69. You can tell by the driver mirror adjust knob where it comes through the door panel ,the 69 has a chrome rectangular plate under the adjust knob and a 70 just has the round nut bezel

I just remembered The later 69 did also have the 70 pull cups so you may just have the later 69 panels
