Door Panel Removal on ‘73

I recently bought a ‘73 convertible that has the deluxe door panels. The grab handle on the driver side needs to be repaired.

I’m having problems finding tutorials or manuals that show how to remove the deluxe molded door panel.

Any pointers will be appreciated
