i have an 86 lx with no creature comforts but A/C. i want to upgrade to power windows and locks... would the 87 door panels fit on my car and if so is it an easy conversion?

it should...the only body panels that changed on that car from 79-93' were the nose cap and rear cap. doors are the same in all those years. the only problem you may run into is the rods for the door handles <->interior pull <-> lock switch. If the panel clips don't exactly line up, a drill will solve that problem quickly enough.
