Drivers door is hanging a little low and has some up and down play.
How do you adjust or tighten up the hinges? latch?
The passenger side is nice and tight and alligned perfectly.

It's probably not an adjustment, per se, but rather a door pin (or two) that needs attention. The doors are large and heavy and the pins and bushings wear over time, resulting in a bit of sag. It may be time to replace the hinges (or pins if they're serviceable) if the sag or play is excessive.

I just looked on rockauto.com and found door pins for 3-4$. My drivers side door is saggy too, but I haven't fix it yet.

I saw it for my 97 in body-exterior, then door hinge and pin. It is strange that I don't see the kit listed for the 99+ cars though. I would have assumed they are the same?

When I had mine (2000) in the body shop, they replaced both hinges for $150 or so installed. They had to paint them anyway so it was kind of a no brainer.
