drain plug on engine for radiator fluid?

Where is the drain plug on the engine for the radiator fluid to drain? I got the one on the passenager side of the radiator itself drained, but they say there is one on 2 inches above oil pan in the Haynes manual.

ya its there. i believe its requires a hex socket. its right by the rear core plug on both sides.
