That's actually Pacione Motorsport Mustang that does the Targa Newfouland race every year. Also, it has a stroker 347 in that car.

The car used to have Cobra R hood and front bumper but at last years race, he crashed the car and replaced it with 03-04 Cobra front.

Oh man, I was there. I would have had a better time, but 5 minutes after I got out of my car, some fatass bumped into me, and sent my SLI camera flying into a puddle.
