Drive a while... Turn off car.. Problems

Okay Well when the car starts its fine.. Then the car warms up and im driving all over if the car is shut off its almost like thers no power. The car doesnt even really want to turn over. I changed the Alternator last week Being I thought That was it. But I was wrong. Do you think the Batt. May be going on me or maybe should get a Hi Torque Starter? Just give me your guys input cuz im out of ideas at the moment.
Oh and like say im driving and i need to stop and turn around and throw it into Reverse the car doesn like that and it will just die out and i have to restart it. And with it not wanting to start when it stalls just puts me in a pickle.

Do you have long tubes?If so you may be "heat soaking" your starter. Summit sells heat shields for starters. Since autozone/discount test batts. for free start there.

yea i have long tubes.. Ill order one up then. thanks for your help And ill prob just test the batt. Or
