Poor Mustang. I thought there was a speed limiter & set at 145-150? I could be way off but thats still haulin' the mail. Sort of proud of the stang, not the 17 year old teenager. Bad, bad teenager.

I don't know what the new gt is limited at. I personally have not tried to max it out yet. But if it is limited to under 150 and he can show the car was not modified to eliminate the speed limiter. At least the speeds he was going can be called into question. Probably won't help him much though since he ran.

BTW, cant argue being "clocked". That confirms the speeds right there. It's not like you can talk your way out of the Accutrack.

Boardman eh? That stretch of I-84 sucks very much bad. I've been tempted to run through it at top speed multiple times...no turns or anything for 40 miles or so.

Kinda funny to me actually. Used to work with sheriff myrens wife in Hermiston and I know him. My father in law is a sheriff there for Umatilla county... we get alot of speeders there since it is flat desert... They just LOVE to make a mountain out of a mole hill though. Not saying 150 was nothing, but I am sure they gobbled this up like no other...
