ok .. i just took out my driver seat becauz of the typical seat lean... and 2 find out that where the bolt goes on the front driver side of the seat was ripped off the frame... and the bolt on the back of the track the track was broke just behind the bolt... and 2 top that all off the seatbelt bolt on the bottom was stripped... and suggestions do i have 2 weld???

maybe tomorrow i can take some pictures
 
Get your local sheet metal shop to make a U shaped channel of out 16 gauge steel for the front part of the seat. Or get them to make two L shaped pieces that you can overlap to make the U. Then weld the nuts for the seat in place & and then weld the channel you made down to the floor pan.

I used the overlapped L shaped pieces and used aircraft structual blind rivets to fasten them to the old channel. I riveted a nutplate on to the new channel where one of the nuts broke out of the stock channel and pulled through the metal.
