Driver's side window won't roll up

My buddy has a 2001 cobra and the driver's side window won't roll up. I have checked the fuses, but thats not it. When you hit the down button there is a clicking noise under the dash. I was thinking maybe the motor went bad. Any suggestions?

Hit the bottom of the door while pushing the button up. Try that a couple times and see if it works.

My daughter came to me with the same issue. When I went out to check it, she had mistakenly hit the lock button that keeps the passenger from messing with the window. You don't think this was it, do you?

I looked like a hero when I went in after about a minute and told her it was fixed.
