DriveShaft Rubing??

Okay so a few months ago i put an aluminum drive shaft and LT headers in the same install. I thought that my mufflers were repositioned and making this metal on metal noise when i get on the gas, but i got my car in the air yesterday and to my surprise my ebrake cable bracket was ripped from the under body right after it splits( I hope you know what im talking about, I forgot my camera so i couldnt take pics) and was rubbing on my brand new aluminum drivesahft. :bang: :bang: so i took off my Driveshaft and tried bending the bracket back and not using the ebrake till i could fix it but it still rubs :bs: anyone else have this prob  someone at the shop said it might be because i have Eibach Sportlines and that makes the driveshaft closer to the body?

Anyone Please help
Thanks
Tony

Hey, I had the same exact problem. The grinding drove me nuts and just like you said..I looked under the car and the latch where it was welded was ripped off the car and hanging down... I just drilled a hole through it and bolted it up through the center console... I know that sounds crappy and i just did it for a temporary fix at the time, but its been a year now and i havent had any problems since.
