WTF!?! i just saw on holcomb motorsports website that there is a 5/8" spacer required when you install a tremec transmission in a mustang. i dont know if this is a new thing or what because when i bought mine the guy sold me "everything i needed" and if that is the case than why the hell do they say that it is required when installing one? im wondering if that has anything to do with my vibration in the shifter and the clutch pedal?
ps. would not having the crossmember welded cause a vibration or any other problems. i just remembered that the guy who installed my tranny didnt have a welder so he couldnt weld the new crossmember in place since it had to be slid back on the mounts. hmm....that could be my problem too. thanks
