Everytime I take off and when I gas it on gears 1 thru 3, my car makes like cracking/popping noise either on the motor or the tranny, I thought it was the driveshaft U-Joints but I changed em and it still does it, I cant figure out what it is anyone have an idea what it could be?? I read on a magazine that the timing belt starts cracking after its old, is it true??

If it sounds like a clunk, its probably the infamous mustang driveline slack. Mine did that when it was stock, and it still does.

Same problem here. I've narrowed it down to play in the d/s. It's common annoying but common.
