Drivetrain swap

Hey I'm new to this site. I have a 68 stang conv. 289 automatic. I have a 93 5.0 GT that I'm taking the drivetrain out of. Does anyone know what I'll have to do to make the 93 setup work in my 68??? Thanks in advance for your help. Cory
