Driving Light Problems

Im new to our year cars, first off. My driving lights dont work, but the switch lights up inside the car. Are the lights prone to anything in particular being wrong with them?
I mean, I dont know if I should replace the lights, wiring, switch inside,etc.

Does the horn work? If not, there is a fuse for both (the horn and fogs).

And there is a relay for just the fogs. If the fuse is good to go, what I would do: turn the key to on and do whatever you have to do to pretend your fogs would turn on (different for stock wiring vs people who have rewired the fog-light switch-sourcing). Then slide the fog light relay up a hair so you can get a DMM lead on each prong and probe; note the values. Then figure out what element is missing.

I like this because the relay is like a 4 way stop. And knowing what is missing tells you which direction to pursue.

Simple---they leak water & the bulbs get wet & blow out.
You need to seal the seam between the lens & the body of the lamp w/a bead of silicone.
