DTC P0351 primary coil failure?

I just installed a set of L/T's and now my car runs rough and dies. I never touched the coil, anyone have an idea on how to check the coil?

That code is for coil circuit A. On the Cobras there was one coil pack that was held in place by a single 10mm bolt. It was common for the pins to get bent or the bolt to come loose on that coil. And if I remeber correctly it was the back passenger outside coil.
