dual focus pumps installed now car bucks

Today I installed a cobra tank with dual focus svt pumps. I needed to do this because my fuel pressure was dropping ridiculously low under WOT. The install helped my fuel pressure under WOT but now I have bucking under WOT. Are the pumps sucking the sump/baffle dry? I also read that I might need to rewire my BAP to be on the output side of my FPDM if I am over 555 RWHP which I think I am close to that mark. Any feedback would be great. Also, if anyone has a wiring diagram on how to rewire the BAP to be on the output side.

You need a re-tune to run dual pumps. You can't just add a setup like that and go.
