I know I have a 94, but this should be the same principle. When installing an autometer electric oil pressure gauge, and leaving the stock gauge functional (meaning leaving the stock sending unit hooked up too) it is a real tight fit to have both sending units hooked up in the stock location. So, is it possible to run an oil line (braided, or copper or whatever) to somewhere else, with more space, then run a tee-fitting and hook up both sending units there, like on the shock tower or something?

Nah - I think Andy just runs a Tee (and he posted on the other thread too, IIRC).

It is an interesting idea, Chris (I shared what little info I had on the SN thread). So I will bump you here.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Same idea as running a mechanical gauge -- pressure is read at the gauge after 6 feet of line. Instead, you are reading the pressure at an electric sending unit after (hopefully!) less than 6 feet of line.

The more I thought about it, the more I see it just as Adam does. It really should be no biggie (using proper braided line, etc). run a remote line and then do the Tee work elsewhere (nice for the supertight confines on a 94-95). Good stuff.
