I finished doing the 99+ dual piston brake upgrade on my 94GT. However I have ran into a problem.
When the pads and rotors get to operating temperature and I come to a stop from 40mph for example, I feel and hear a grinding noise in the pedal. This problem only occurs at 10mph or less and doesn't happen all the time.
The rotors are fine, the Hawk pads are brand new, the torque specs are correct, etc. The hub and spindle do not seem to be loose. The brake reservoir was not ran dry either. The brakes were very well bled as well.
I unplugged the ABS and the problem didn't seem to occur. Could it possibly be a ABS module?
I'm lost here as to what to do! Any adivce would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
