Hey, I am about to order white face gauges for my 98 stang from latemodelrestoration.com (link: http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/iwwida.pvx?;item?item_no=LRS-17255W96%20%20%201&comp=LRS

Does anyone have these? And I was wondering if the background light up green (reverse glow) when the lights turn on. I think they do I just wanted to make sure because I've seen ones that don't. Thanks for the advice. /dumb question

Word of advice. Get ones that you don't have to remove the needle to install. I haven't done th emod yet but I have read numerous times about guys having trouble getting the needles set correctly upon reinstallation.

Check ebay. They have dozens of white face gauge kits for about $20. They are overlays too so you don't need to touch the needles.

I bought mine from there 4 years ago and no probs. I recently took them off however just for the hell of it.

No question is a dumb question, but take it from me and get the ones that you don't have to remove the needles like the others have said.

Biggest pita ever trying to get those damn things lined backed up right.

american muscle says that they don't carry them anymore. I think I found them here though : http://procarparts.stores.yahoo.net/fomu96gt6glg.html

Look the same, they seem a little iffy what did your kit include? I can't find any real descriptions
