Fox Dyeing My 89 Cloth Seats

My scarlet red cloth interior is in very good condition, just faded. I would like to dye seats to freshen up.
I have dyed the carpetting in my 65's- 67's that I've owned with good sucess.
has anyone done this and what product have you used

@Davedacarpainter has done some interior dyeing, I'm sure others have also, they will be along as soon as they thaw out.

I used a spray can dye about 15 years ago on my 86 t-top car. I literally think I bought the product at auto zone. The red had faded to a grey/pink color. Held up pretty good. Only problem was worrying about being sweaty in a t-shirt would sometimes rub off a little red on your clothing right after it was first done. I can check in my garage fro the name on the can if you want.

VHT & DupliColor are the brands I've got in my cabinet. I used them both on two different cars with good results.
