Oregon OHIO
Just brought the stang home from Deleware Ohio. Posted 271.7rwhp @5750rpm and 277.9rwtq @4250......drove it two hours on the highway and when I got to the surface roads back home dropped the OD and hit it....Yeah, the combo is complete.......Don and his son Rob @Lasota racing definately know their S@#t. I will post more info in the talk section....make sure you check it out. All the issues are taken care of and it makes driving it much less troublesome....fun again.:nice: :nice:

That's what I thought Joe. I am very happy with them. Rob did confirm my bad choice of stalls. I have been wishing I had went with the 3k Edge. He told me that some day go with the 4R70W built. If I tear something up...I don't plan on purposely doing it, I will get the 3K 9inch stall and better tran but for now it will serve the purpose.....I told him I hoped to break 13.5 1/4 and he says I should be low 13's.....that's assuming I know how to race....LOL

Another ohio stanger. I also just installed a mail order chip from don lasota. Works great. Its a kinda safe tune since its mail order, but it really did waken up the motor. I really noticed the gain in between shifts, pulls real hard. Ive got plans to get it dynoed by lasota racing when the time and funds are around. ive got a few idle / exhaust issues to work out first anyway. nice numbers

Thanks 84. My idle issues were the main reason I took it down. One of the cool things Rob told me about is in the glove box there is a switch with diff. settings and one if for security that won't allow the car to start.......man I'm all smiles tonight. By the way, I blew by E. Williams st and ended up in Worthington. I almost made it to you....LOL

Glad you are happy! That was a nice car - I'm partial to silver! BTW: those numbers were Mustang Dyno numbers. This particular dyno has been checked against most of the Dynojets in the area and it reads 15% lower than the Dynojets. I was surprised with the numbers through an automatic and on the Mustang Dyno!

We went to a conference in San Antonio back in June of 05.....we did more drinking than conferencing...LOL I do remember staggerin' over to the Alamo and talking to the Texas Ranger at 2am and got the whole outside tour of where the famous people were killed.....the River Walk is one of the most pleasant places I have ever been.....and Coyote Ugly is all that was in the movie....LOL
