Can a dyno tuned chip adjust shift points, firmness, speedo correction for 3.73's, top speed off, etc?

Yes, just depends on the brand they use but these are all pretty common mods that most chips do.

So your saying I can go to a tuner with a dyno have him burn me a chip there and get my car all tuned up there with everything i need?

no thats not always true,

you have to find someone that has the tuning softwear available to do the tuning.

call my buddy brian at Apten-us.com and he can do everything you asked through the mail and it will be about 99% correct.

find a reputable tuner. My tuner used Autologic software and then added and retarded timing at all RPM to get it right (relieved all detonation and pinging).
