I jumped on this forum after having issues with my internal tune. The dealership had to do transmission work to my 2015 Mustang GT, this resulted in resetting everything to factory specs and messing up my tune. It was suggested that I contact Costal Chassis Dyno & Performance in Tampa- which I did. They have had my car for over 5 weeks. I was told they were waiting on an update from Ford, then another something from somewhere else. The last time I showed up at his shop was Monday. I was told it would be ready in a couple days. A couple days later I was told it would be ready the following day (Thursday). Still to this day, I have not heard a word from them. Any suggestions on how to handle this guy and his company? I am at a loss here..

Mustang picked up today. Sam at Costal Chassis Dyno & Performance may have taken longer than expected but it was not his fault, he was at the mercy of Ford. The car runs better than I could ever imagine! Highly recommend them and they have a customer for life!
