There is no set answer.
In fact, the range could be really large.
The two extremes would be
a car that is close to the money on its tune
and
One that is really far away from a good tune.
One thing that can really throw off a tune is mods.
I looked at your mods and the two things that most likely could give you issues are your e cam and aftermarket maf/inj's.
The fact you got a stick might help with low pulse width driving conditions like idle and such as if you get a bit of stall, surge, or bucking, you always have the ability to quickly push in the clutch.
All this being said ........... thats the reason it is not uncommon to see forced induction combos pick up 50 rwhp give or take from a dyno session as they can be so hosed when the tuner gets his hands on the car.
Honestly ... you might pick up as little as 5 or maybe as much as 20.
It all depends on how much your mods have thrown off things and how much help your pcm has been able to help compensate for them.
