E7TE heads

what kind of power increase would i get if i put on a set of e7te heads on my 85 mustang gt. right now i am useing the stock heads (E5TE) i think. my stock heads have some work done to them though, well not much but they have a 3 angle valve job and a set of stainless steel valves. would i notice a big diffrence with the stock e7te,s or not. e7te,s off a 88 0r 89 5.0l gt.

i'm curious too,i'm finishing exhaust port matching my e7s to replace my e6s and i think i'm going to have .020 milled off my heads.i would think there would have to be an improvement over e5s.how much not sure.

You wont see anything really, especially if you have some work done to your heads right now. The bad heads which actually arent that bad are the E6 heads from 1986. Your heads are just as good as the E7's.

get the e7s and get some port work done to them and you will see a difference, but stock e7te's wont be worth the trouble

so the e7,s wouldent make much of a drffrence over my e5,s? i see you have a 85gt with 516rwhp. that must be pretty sweet. is it just a drag car or a street machine
