Easiest way to 11's

Add heads, cam, and intake and up your nitrous and you are there. That is about as easy as I can put it. But just so you know hitting the 11's are not that easy. I have been after the 11's on the motor for a long time and still not quite there. The way I got there was with some motor mods and a 150 shot of nitrous through the same kit that you have. But with that comes suspension, and TRACTION so tires are also needed.

It's still there and sometimes I wonder if I have one of the strongest stock transmissions ever. It makes some noise now but when I had the motor out I took the covers off the trans to check it and nothing was strange with it. Most of the noise is just from wear on the gears and it's not that bad considering it has seen many trips to the track with slicks, and 5K launches on both the motor and nitrous. So I would say that mine is holding up quite well knock on wood considering what I have put it through and it's got a little over 115K miles on it so far. I am suprised because I have killed several T-5's in other cars that were MUCH slower than my car.
