Eaton Soft Locker ??

Im told this is what I have in the GT I picked up recently, along with moser axles.

Is this unit durable?? It seems pretty crude/aggresive in turns whe going very slow. I dont want to switch out to something more forgiving if this is a durable unit and will take a good amount of abuse?
