Nothing is funny about a v-6 to v-8 swap...that's cool.....What's funny is I would like to see a v6 easily be turned into a "v8 killin street weapon"

People are so funny they way they advertise on ebay!!!

Yeah, I can see that, but don't understand it, I like a laugh, and I wonder why it bothers people if it isn't their ad!! Plus, how many times do we have to read things about gears, wheels, 5 lug conversion, t5 swap stuff, and "If I do this what will happen?" I like changing things up for a laugh once in a while.

But thanks for the warning! Been a member for a long time on here!!

To change the subject of the thread, there is a SWEET and CLEAN ass strawberry red notch on 18 inch deep dish bullitts for sale up the street from me. It has a cowl and looks mean as hell with its rake. Also has cobra brakes. if only I had 12.5k...

That's not it at all...

Here on Stangnet, we try pretty hard to keep commerce and sales transactions out of the forums. This of course, applies to ACTIVE ebay auctions (expired auctions are a gray area but so long as it's not an attempt to get attention for a failed auction, they're generally left alone). The reason we draw the line at active auctions is simple:

Perhaps you post a link to an active auction for a good laugh. No harm no foul except for when some yahoo decides that he/she should also be able to list their active auction within a discussion forum. Their justification? "I see LOTS of ebay auctions in the discussion forum! (insert sobbing/whining here)"

So... The line is drawn at active auctions. All is not lost however....

Feel free use image tags to post the pictures of ebay item and even cut and paste the relevant portion of the auction that you'd like to discuss (not the whole sale verbiage). Whola! The fun can continue and no Terms of Service have been violated.
